I applied to work with Nicky as a supply teacher about two years ago now. Once the interview was arranged I was quite nervous as I had never done this sort of teaching before and was worried about my own capabilities to fulfill the requirements needed.
Nicky soon put me at ease. Nicky comes across as being efficient and friendly and she is but underneath all that there is a real person with genuine feeling for the people she employs. She makes me feel as if I am part of something and not just out there on my own.
The schools she has sent me to have been ideal and I feel that I have fitted in with the ethos of all that I have been to. She rings to make sure that my day has gone well and that there have been no problems. She also gives feedback on what the school think of me and whether or not I will welcomed back. I have made progress in my teaching and have had a couple of courses within the schools that I have been working in. This has been a real help in keeping me up to date with current issues.
I have had a few problems which I know have caused her a bit of extra work and quite possibly a loss in income but she had been patient and helpful and has put me back on my feet. And for this I feel that I not only have an employer but a friend in Nicky. God bless you Nicky and I pray that things will continue to go well for you.
