I have worked for Nicky for a year as a Specialist Instructor Supply Teacher. Nicky has a fresh and innovative approach to business, which is professional and yet challenges the boundaries of conventional business all the time. She is one of the rare people who has the ability to visualise business potential and pioneering business concepts and put them into practice. In achieving this, and in her ability to ‘think outside the box’ Nicky stands out ‘far from the madding crowd’ and way above other and traditional agencies.
The ability to see potential-and harness it-is a powerful tool which Nicky will constantly adapt and review on a daily basis by Nicky, resulting in an extremely professional and effective management system.
Additionally and unusually profits from the company are ploughed back into the community. Nicky has also raised thousand of pounds for charities and it is a leading example and inspiration to those of us who come into contact with her. Nicky actively supports and encourages her teaching staff whom are al inspired by her to do the same. An example is the thousands of pounds Nicky has already raised for Breast Cancer, by staging charity balls and other events, this year alone in the first three months already raising well over £5000.00 for Breast Cancer. Additionally Nicky has made massive donations to charities of our choice and has also supported our fundraising events.
Nicky is by far the leading and most innovative, effective and professional business leader in the region if not the county which is why I have absolutely no hesitation and delighted to nominate her for this award.
