Pauline Drakes, Supply Teacher, North Lincolnshire
I have worked for Education Resourcing for six years now and it still feels like yesterday when I went for my interview with Nicky.
I was nervous as I had never done this sort of work before but after meeting Nicky she soon put me at ease. It was a comfortable and relaxing interview. Nicky talked to me as if I was going to be an important part of her network. She discussed the type of work and schools that I would come up against and went through various problems that I might face.
She is efficient and replies to your phone calls, texts and emails as soon as possible. You are not left lingering. She is clear and concise and she doesn’t give you any flannel – she is straight and you know where you are with her.
I have thought over the years that she has good hindsight because she seems to know instinctively which schools suit my personality and I find that I fit in with the ethos of each school I have been to. At the start of every new appointment she rings to make sure that I am okay and at the end of the day she rings to ask how it went. At the end of every week she texts to say ‘thank you’ for the work we have put in for her. She makes you feel important and needed. I feel that she is more of a friend than an employer
Whenever I am unsure of anything she builds my confidence up and I can trust her with anything we talk about. I have a lot of confidence and trust in Nicky. I have only ever registered with Nicky as I have never felt a need to register with any other and I really would not want to let her down as she has never let me down. She is my friend and confidant and has never betrayed my trust in her.
She deserves the recognition for her work in education.
