Welcome our teachers and offer them relevant information about the school routines, policies, behaviour and discipline procedures and curriculum planning.
Ensure the supply teacher is treated as a valued member of staff, giving appropriate help and support where and if required.
Assist us with our review procedures providing both positive and negative feedback as appropriate.
When a supply teacher works for you for first time, we will always call for feedback. Likewise, we will also call the supply teacher for their comments. This is important as it ensures that we have met and understood both parties needs and it ensures we are able to offer the supply teacher back for future supply if required.
