       About Nicky

Nicky Keller is a founder member of Education Resourcing Ltd, she has previously had over twelve years experience working for multi-national companies in the recruitment sector which also included the legal profession.

It is her belief that all too often schools and teachers are not treated with the respect they deserve and that both rates for supply charged to schools and those paid to supply teachers are not always as they should be.

With this in mind, Nicky decided that a teacher supply agency that would undertake to operate with fair play in mind, should be created and Education Resourcing opened for business in 2002.

Education Resourcing pledges to pay rates equivalent to that of the LEA based upon experience and to only ever charge rates that are commensurate with the relevant experience of the supply teacher. Nicky monitors both of these regularly to ensure they are always competitive.

Nicky also takes delight in communicating and establishing relationships with both the supply teachers and schools and as can be read in a number of testimonials, always goes that extra mile. For Nicky, this isn't just a business but a passion, I know this because from 6am to 10.30pm whether on holiday or at home, Nicky is usually on the telephone or blackberry mobile email to either a teacher or a school. Her pledge is to never become so large a company that she would lose her personal contact.

(Colin Johnson, Partner & Company Secretary)

Below are a few awards and events that reflect Nicky's dedication.

A quote from Ian Patterson, Supply Teacher from Alford:

In working for Education Resourcing I have always found Nicky to be supportive in a very individualistic way and having her personally greeting me on entering the lunch venue confirmed this.  I found that during the lunch I never stopped talking!  Whether that's me or that I was amongst a group of stimulating people I'm not sure.  I'm sure it was the latter!  Having attended two lunches I have been impressed  by the encouragement and flow of ideas being discussed by fellow supply teachers.  Quality networking!  Can we have an ER Lunch every month?!
